Lauren Gifford

Lauren Gifford recently graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Dance and a minor in psychology. During her time at school she had the privilege of performing at New York’s City Center in the US premier of Crystal Pite’s Polaris. She also had the honor of working with such esteemed companies and choreographers as Sean Curran, David Dorfman, Giada Ferrone, Ori Flomin, Cherylyn Lavagnino, the Bill T Jones/Arnie Zane Company, and Kidd Pivot. Lauren currently works as the Marketing Assistant at Broadway Dance Center Children and Teens where she greatly enjoys being a part of the training process for the next generation of dancers. Moving forward, Lauren hopes to combine her love of dance and interest in the human condition to pioneer new ways for dance to have a profound impact upon non-dancing communities.
